Follow these EASY steps to get your appointment online.
- Start making your appointment by agreeing our Acknowledge form. Click the submit button.
- Continue by selecting dates and times that work for you.
- In the Notes field please don’t forget to provide us the special care you want us to have with your clothes (Bleach :Yes/No, Softener: Yes/No, Detergent: Regular/Unscented, etc.)
- Send us your preferences and wait for our quick response.
- NOTE: Travel fee will apply to uncanceled pick ups or deliveries (minimum $25.00)
Acknowledgment iDolaundry Service
Monday – Friday: $2.50 per pound
Saturday & Sunday: $3.00 per pound. 35% more on individual priced items.
Express Service (same day): $3.50 Laundry has to be collected before 11am of the day desired. 35% more on individual priced items.

We offer a 24hr. turnaround service, this means when collecting laundry on Fridays we deliver on Saturdays, so the charge for weekend rate applies. You have the option to schedule a Monday delivery at no extra charge to you.
We service San Jose and some surrounding cities. There is a minimum charge at each laundry service depending on the address.
Payment must be collected at the time of each drop-off. Unless previous arrangements had been made prior to the delivery. (no garments will be delivered when no pmt is made) We do not except checks in the mail.
In any case we have a scheduled delivery and there is no one to receive it and pay for it we will need to reschedule your delivery for another available time depending on our schedule availability. A storage fee of 3% per day may be charged to the balance.
We require a 24hr cancelation for all pick ups or deliveries to avoid a minimum charge of $25.00 depending on the address location. We all have things that come up, you can contact us the same day or even an hour before to cancel which is fine but the Minimum charge will apply.
We come out to your residence or office 2 times per service: For Free
- to collect your garments at pick up
- to deliver your cleaned garments.
Additional fee may apply for additional trips
We do not take drop-offs or pick ups in our location at any situation.

*Please note we are not responsible for any laundry lost or stolen picked up or delivered when no one is present. All items collected have to be washable, we wash and dry anything you provide at your own risk, we do no dry-clean. (no down-feathers) We are not responsible for any damage item that shrunk or got damage in any circumstance. Please be sure to empty out all of your pockets of all laundry your are giving to be washed. We are not liable for any damages.
There is a $35.00 minimum clean up and disinfecting fee in our washers for any contamination upon or discretion.
Always expect bleeding with the first wash of any new item. All new items (garments) must be placed separate from the rest of your laundry to be sure we take the precautions needed. You must communicate this to us at each pick up.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
